Stage 1 is the initial review, where the customer care agent reviews the dispute and the supporting evidence. Stage 2 is the investigation, where the agent pulls the scoring engine logs, the captain calibration data, and the wallet history for the disputed transaction. Stage 3 is the resolution, where the agent contacts the player with a decision and any adjustment to the wallet balance. Most disputes are resolved at Stage 1 inside 24 hours. The Stage 1 cases that need more investigation move to Stage 2, which takes 3-7 days. The Stage 2 cases that need escalation move to Stage 3, which takes 14-30 days. The 30-day window is the maximum; most Stage 3 cases are resolved in 14-21 days.
