Net winnings above 10000 INR per financial year attract 30 percent TDS under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
TDS deposit
WinCome Sports deposits the deducted TDS with the government on a quarterly basis. You can see the TDS in your Form 26AS.
PAN requirement
PAN is required for any withdrawal above 10000 INR in a financial year. Without PAN, the TDS rate increases to 30 percent with no threshold.
Tax statements
Annual TDS statements are issued by 31 May for the previous financial year. Download from your account dashboard or request via email.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are first handled by WinCome customer care. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Bengaluru consumer forum. WinCome participates in good faith in arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Never. Scoring matrices are locked at the start of every tournament bracket. Any change to the matrix applies to the next tournament, not the one already running. We disclose upcoming changes 7 days in advance so you can adjust your strategy before the new matrix takes effect.
How do I know my captain calibration credit is calculated correctly?
Every captain calibration credit is calculated by the same engine that scored the bracket. You can see the calculation in your dashboard under 'Calibration History'. If you spot a discrepancy, contact customer care with the calibration ID — we audit it within 24 hours and adjust if needed.
Disclosure is a discipline, not a marketing promise. The WinCome Sports team treats every material change as something the player needs to know in advance. The 7-day lead time is the floor, not the ceiling — captain calibration model updates have been disclosed up to 21 days before deployment. When in doubt, we over-disclose.
